You should be able to tell what this costs before you talk to anyone.
The exact numbers land when the plan engine does. The shape of it will not change — so here it is now, honestly, rather than a form that asks you to book a call.
The platform
One plan per company, by size. Covers the console, the assistant, your channels and the wall that keeps every company's data apart.
Plugins
Priced by whoever built them — free, one-off or monthly. Install what you need, ignore the rest. Nothing is bundled to inflate a plan.
WhatsApp conversations
Meta bills per conversation. We pass that straight through at cost. A plan includes a number of them; beyond that you pay what Meta charges and not a cent more.
What is not decided yet
The actual figures, the size bands, and the payment rail. We would rather say that plainly than publish a number we have to walk back. Nothing here is billed to anyone today.
Pricing FAQ
The questions a busy owner asks about cost.
- How much does minidesk cost?
- Three line items: the platform (one plan per company, by size), the AI credits you use, and the WhatsApp conversations Meta charges for — passed through at Meta's price, no markup. The full pricing is being finalised now.
- Is there a free plan?
- Not today. The platform is metered by company size and AI usage, and WhatsApp is metered by conversation. We would rather bill honestly than publish a 'free' tier that gates the features you actually need behind an upgrade wall.
- Do you mark up WhatsApp pricing?
- No. minidesk passes Meta's per-conversation price straight through. Most WhatsApp Business API providers add 30–60% on top of Meta's fee — we do not. The receipt is the receipt.
- When will full pricing be published?
- The plan engine ships with the rest of Stage 16. Until then, the shape of pricing (three line items, no markup) will not change. Sign up on /signup to be notified the day the published numbers are ready.
