We are a small team. We are not currently hiring.
When we are, this is the page that says so. In the meantime, the honest version of what we are like to work with is below — and we read every speculative application.
We hire one or two people a year, deliberately. The team stays small on purpose so the wall, the model and the writing all stay in the same heads.
When we open a role, it lives here, on LinkedIn, and on the Telegram channel. We do not run an applicant tracking system — every application is read by a person.
Speculative applications are welcome. If your work is the kind of work we need and we don't have a role, you will hear from us when we do.
